Summer Day

Hello gorgeous people, how are you?
I hope you are doing well.
When I uploaded all these photos, I felt disappointed, why?
Because it looks like I gained my weight already. 
I can feel that my tummy, my thighs are getting bigger these days.
Hopeless, I have no idea how to manage my eating habit.
I'm such an expert at eating, all I’ve remembered I purely eating homemade dishes (no fast food, no sweet cakes or whatsoever).
Two weeks later my mom and my aunt with her daughter will be coming here, this house is gonna be so full (my uncle and his two sons have stayed here since last Friday).
I cant even imagine if my mom here, I’m pretty sure I will gain more weight, she always cooks my favorite foods that I cant say 'no' for it.
I need to exercise more diligent after finishing my final exam.

  6. haha I know ho you feel! I have always been of the opinion though that its better to enjoy life, and all the good food that comes with it - then wake up a bit earlier and get jogging. but now as we here in SA are in winter the morning jog is quite possibly the last thing I feel like doing!

  10. oh it's ALWAYS hard to eat right when family starts coming over. when my aunts and uncles come and visit, my mom makes all these amazing American and Polish dishes, and i just can't help having three servings of everything, haha! but if you're trying to lose weight, just go small. take a tiny portion of one dish, take only one slice of another. That way you can still get the yummy taste but not overdo it and still stay on track!
