GARNIER MICELLAR OIL-INFUSED CLEANSING WATER

11:08 PM

For the first time, Garnier Micellar technology is formulated with nourishing oils? Really? Micellar water with oil-infused? Oh how come?

I've been a fan of Micellar Water for a while (I have tried so many different brands). Personally, I love good micellar cleansing water for removing my makeup after a long day before cleansing my skin properly with my night skin routine. I’ve tried Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water before and but when Sociolla sent me the new version of Garnier Micellae water with argan oil, I'd love to try it. This Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water is designed for dry and sensitive skin, which sounds ideal for my skin. The micelles (cleansing agents) capture impurities like a magnet & lift away dirt from the skin, whilst the oils instantly dissolve all types of make-up.
Is Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water right for me?

This one with the oil will removes everything. Yeah, don’t let the oil-infused aspect put you off, I was initially skeptical that it may leave my skin greasy. But it didn’t :) Don't worry, the non-greasy formula is enriched with Argan oil and it can be used on even the most sensitive skin.
I note that there is fragrance added in the ingredients but I don’t find it particularly strong.

Since this micellar oil-infused cleansing water is dermatologically tested and claiming to be soothing and to provide optimal tolerance I thought it would be gentle enough to use on my eyes.
I love using this for removing eye makeup. All I do is just quickly shake of the bottle to combine the oil with the micellar water, then soak a cotton pad with the cleanser. I hold a cotton pad over each eye for a few seconds, then I wipe away the makeup, gently wipe the lower lash line. I can say this is a holy grail, I mean it totally removes waterproof mascara and matte lipstick with ease. This Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water has becomes my favourite go to eye makeup remover.
Garnier Micellar Oil-infused Cleansing Water just whips my makeup off with no effort at all. It does cleanse and soothe the skin on my face, eyes and lips in one step without the hassle of rinsing off.
Once again, I was a little hesitant to try this product due to the oil content because I hate the feeling of something sitting on top of it (like an oily residue). And again, I was impressed. My make up was removed quickly and easily and there was no residue left on my skin.

Make sure you shake the bottle first, to mix the water with the oil to really allow the product to reach its full potential.
This product will remove even the most stubborn makeup, including the waterproof or long lasting type, it does such a fantastic job on my skin. Cleanse and nourish the feel of skin, in one step without rinsing. My skin felt so fresh and smooth after using this and my skin didn't feel oily at all.
All of my makeup (on a daily basis I tend to wear bb cream, blush on, bronzer, mascara, lipstick and eyebrow products) is totally removed with only 3-4 soaked pads.
