Jogging Time

We were like sporty girls on those photos, right? but we really do love to do exercises, mostly jogging and swimming. 
Every time we meet, we always have plan to do exercise, it's good habit for us.
Jogging has a lots of benefits for us, jogging isnt only good for cardiovascular health but also good for mental health, by doing jogging, it can burn our calories, it can help reduce in anxiety, strengthens our muscles and we will have a good shape, if we do it routinely.
the most important is jogging is really cheap, it's free and can be done in anywhere.
Let's do jogging more often :)
