SRS SNAPS : TANAH LOT BALI

Good morning gorgeous people and here is my travel diary from Tanah Lot Bali :) Enjoy and read more too see more photos <3
Tanah Lot means "Land (in the Sea) according to Balinese language. It’s located in Tabanan, about 12 miles from Denpasar (the city where I lived when I was in Bali Island).
Spotted a surfer. He is indeed so brave.
Tanah Lot has its mysterious temple that built and has been a part of Balinese mythology for centuries. The Tanah Lot temple is one of temples built around the Balinese coast. The Tanah Lot temple sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. However, all the temples had significant Hindu influence. At the base of the rocky island, poisonous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders. A giant snake purportedly protects the temple.
