Life almost never as bad as it seems when you’re in a bad mood. When you’re in a lower mood from being happy, learn to pass it off as simply that. I actually, well these days I feel like ‘I want to go back to home, I’m tired to live apart from my parents because of these and those stuffs (problems), etc’. Although my life seems so hard and sad, I’m sure this will pass with time, if I leave it alone.
The key to make me stay strong is to be grateful for my
good moods, it’ll be far more effective and not taking the bad moods seriously. So, for whatever reason you feel bad someday, remind
yourself that “this too shall pass”. Of course it will. If you do that, there
will come a day when you’ll rarely feel the need to do battle every time you go
mad/annoyed/sad (bad mood).
