Physical activity and healthy eating are so related each other. All of us may know this well because healthy life is a part of life, so a good balance between exercise and food intake is important for ourselves. Whether you're looking to lose some weight, to feel stronger, to build your body looks damn awesome just like Victoria’s Secret models / Calvin Klein’s models or to improve your health, there are so many easy ways to workout at home or at the gym.
Do you workout at home or at the gym?

I had been working out & zumba dance at Global Gym & Aerobic Center for almost 2 years, I decided to not continue it because I’ve been freaking busy and it’s really hard to manage my time, it usually takes 2 or 3 hours at the gym so I tend to just running or doing Muaythai (Thai Boxing) nowadays. It’s cheaper too.

It's been so long since my last fitness related blog post and I must admit I missed it way too much! Even though I don’t do fitness anymore, I still have this workout outfit from March 2014 (lol so last year) on my laptop ;)

I am seriously obsessed with Nike running / training shoes! I like this neon colour, I use it for boxing, running and for fashion outfit sometimes ;p Believe me, Nike LunarFly 4 is super comfortable and lightweight, it's affordable too, around IDR 999.000. If you are about to start your gym activity, first thing you need is a good pair of training shoes that provides cushion & balance. Select one that will fit your needs and choice of workout, because wearing the wrong one can cause injuries.
When it comes to clothes, I'm much more comfortable with cropped tops / loose shirts but whenever I run, I always wear loose shirts and jakcet. I like wearing black leggings paired with a really short shorts.

Last week, I’ve shared my healthy food menu I ate for 5 days HERE on IT'S NOT A DIET and today I’ll share another 5 healthy food menu I received from healthy food catering @citra_leoni.

DAY 1
Brown rice + Green salad + Infused water + Black pepper beef
 DAY 2
Brown Rice + Fresh fruits (papaya & watermelon) + Infused water + Sweet and sour tuna
 DAY 3
Baked potatoes + Chicken sauteed broccoli + Infused water + Fresh fruit
 DAY 4
Gado gado / mixed vegetables with peanut sause + Boiled potatoes + Fresh fruit + Infused water + Steamed chicken with lemon
DAY 5
Brown rice + Tuna rica rica + Green salad + Infused water
