MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

I am so sorry for the absences, last week was hectic as you can imagine, campus really took my time and energy.

Continuing my healthy food diary, I've found that by consuming healthy food catering from @citra_leoni on Instagram, I have seen some change in body & mind, I'm feeling much more fueled and fully loaded. Being an internship public health student makes me super lazy to buy food for lunch, thanks to ka Citra because I got my healthy lunch boxes delivered to my workplace.

Here’s to a healthier life, I need to nourish my body so it means more vegetables, fruits, healthy grains, water and good carbs that will help our bodies flush out the toxins and help replenish the balance within all of us because eating clean foods will help us gain natural energy.

MONDAY
Brown rice + seafood skewer + steamed broccoli & carrot + watermelon & pineaple

TUESDAY
Brown rice + steamed chicken with spices + sauteed mustard cabbage with tofu + melon & papaya
WEDNESDAY
Baked tuna macaroni + watermelons + sauteed mushrooms & mustard
THRUSDAY
Baked potatoes + tude woku + capcay + watermelon & sunkist
FRIDAY
Fried brown rice + baked vegetables omelette + pickled cucumbers apple + papaya
SOMETHING REAL SERIOUS
