LUNCH AND DINNER

This week totally an awesome week!
I got plenty of jobs
to do (being productive), it's all under control even there’s
something I’m worried this morning, finally I got a certainty from the company, well if it
means to happen it’ll happen in the end I only can pray because I really need a
getaway and want to challenge myself to do something right and totally worth
it.
For everything happened in my life I thank You, God :)
Well, in conclusion every thing is not overwhelmingly crazy. Whoah,
that feeling when you've done everything right and all things are so well-organized,
and you can still do other fun and refreshing stuffs, like going to malls and
watched movies at XXI three days in a row but still I even have time to
blog almost everyday lately and back to my healthy-eating habit again.
It's pretty clear that I am a food lover, I love eating....so much.
Being a freelancer and don't have any proper activity to do successfully made me fatter, I haven't eaten well. I'm being serious, I've gained some weighs after graduation. I seldom running or doing any physical activities like I used to (blame to my laziness). Staying all day at my bed watching Korean drama also became one of the suspects, I feel hungry easily, mostly like every hour I want to eat. But I warn myself, before moving back to hometown, I should get slimmer again, that's why healthy eating and running will be back on my "to do list". I am aware that I need to take care of my body not only outside but also from the inside. And I am planning to be a vegan, but not today or tomorrow or next week.
Anyway, here's my 5 healthy food menu for lunch and dinner provided by @citra_leoni Healthy Catering :)

DAY 1
Chicken breast with terayaki sauce + Fruits (apples & papayas) + Sauteed potatoes & mustard

Yogurt drink + fruits + Sweet potatoes with cheese

DAY 2
Fried brown rice, Pickled cucumber & wortel, Fruits, Boiled eggs


DAY 3
(My favorite)
Brown Rice + tuna rica rica (Manadonese food) + Fruits + Baked potatoes & broccoli


DAY 4
Boiled potatoes + Grilled chicken breast + Tuna salad + Fruits + Yogurt drink + Fitbar


DAY 5
Black rice + Oci woku + Kiwi pudding + Fruits + Chicken salad + Cap Cay

This day totally my first time eating black rice, suprisingly I like it better than eating brown rice, though I know the price of black rice is more expensive than brown rice :')

Noted : Citra Healthy Catering uses olive oil, canola oil, less salt, no MSG, without artificial flavoring and artificial food coloring, apple vinegar used for pickled food.
